Adrienne van der Valk is the author of Big Sober Energy and a mentor for alcohol-free women and nonbinary people over 40 who want to feel powerful, peaceful, and confident in their sober lives. A certified meditation and yoga teacher, Adrienne practices a trauma-informed approach, one rooted in neuroscience and mindfulness. She is also the founder of the Big Sober Energy community and the Free Minds, Free Spirits mentorship program. She lives in Southern California with her husband and a rescue pit bull named Zola.
